This week, we passed by Blum & Poe to see Alma Allen‘s exhibition; we listened Hurricane performed by MS MR; we learned about Alice Könitz‘s work; we walked in the Mojave Desert; we visited Carl Kay’s buildings in hollywood hills and we talked about ‘a woman under the influence‘ a movie by John Cassavetes.

PLACES: CARL KAY’S BUILDINGS IN HOLLYWOOD HILLS

Built between 1935 and 1956, these modern buildings became one of the highlights in Los Angeles. To get in, you should take the ‘High tower’, a famous private elevator. This place was actually filmed in the long goodbye by Robert Altman with Elliot Gould.
Here some pictures of Carl Kay’s building. The view is stunning.
If you do not have the key to get inside the elevator you can always take the stairs.
