Los Angeles treasure Jonathan Gold—the only food columnist ever to win a Pulitzer Prize and the subject of Laura Gabbert’s great documentary City of Gold (2015)—died this weekend at age 57.
Gold had written for the L.A. Weekly and Gourmet, and most recently for the Los Angeles Times.
